Qwasaa was founded in 2014, relaunched in 2024, and today consists of a continuously growing team of experienced Qt, C++, and C# specialists. We build powerful, maintainable, and future-proof software. In doing so, we bring extensive know-how from modernization, migration, and long-term product maintenance. Across industries, pragmatic, and cleanly executed.

The story behind the name Qwasaa
Qwasaa is not an off-the-shelf name just like our work.
Short, distinctive, a bit different, and precisely for that reason memorable. And it stands for what matters to us: substance over show.
The hexagon tells the real story: a stable core around which everything revolves, clear structure, and clean connections. For us, it is the perfect symbol of software modernization: not “everything new,” but strengthening the core, connecting it meaningfully, and extending it modularly. This is how a system is created that is sustainable, today and in the future.
Six sides, one cohesive whole: development, QA, UI/UX, project management, tooling, and consulting interlock at Qwasaa to turn complexity back into clarity.
Our team
We are developers, QA engineers, interface designers, and owners.

How we work
We work flexibly: remote, onsite, or hybrid. For kick-offs, workshops, important reviews, or “all hands” meetings, we are happy to be on-site. In collaboration, we rely on regular, transparent communication so that everyone always knows where we stand and what happens next.
Whether it is a clearly defined project or ongoing support:

If desired, we take end-to-end responsibility for your (sub-)project: with agile project management, an independent team, and solid quality assurance – from planning to delivery.
Quality – not as a buzzword, but as a standard
For us, quality does not emerge at the end, but throughout the entire process: through clear definitions, reviews, automated tests, and traceable acceptance.
Our process
Our collaboration follows agile principles (Scrum). Together, we refine goals, prioritize requirements, and translate them into an actionable backlog. A product owner ensures clarity and focus, while the team delivers in iterative sprints.
Automated and manual tests support development and ensure the desired quality. At the end of each sprint, a transparent review/acceptance of the implemented features takes place. Only tested and approved components are then included in the rollout – traceable, predictable, and reliable.
